Merry Christmas Drew and family, and thank you for putting in the work this year. I continue to learn more and more about film from you and many others, and will happily continue to contribute. All the best in 2021.
2020 has been a tough year, one that kept me from really interacting with anything, in person or otherwise. This subscription as well as your writing over the years have really helped to ground and offer solace, companionship...whatever it was I might have needed at the time. I’m going to try and make 2021 a year where I open up and engage more, starting with this.
The best of holidays wishes to you and yours, Drew. Here’s hoping the next year is bigger and better in every way.
I'm watching "Soul" right now as I type this comment, so far, so good. I enjoyed "Wonder Woman 1984," its not a perfect movie, and its not better that the first film in my opinion, but its shameless sincerity was what won me over. After a year like 2020, it just hit me deep. I watched "The Midnight Sky" the other night, and besides some pretty special effects, I didn't really care for it. I will be looking forward to reading what you think of those, even if we end up not agreeing.
Merry Christmas Drew, thanks a lot for the newsletter this year, I've been a fan all year long!
Merry Christmas to you and yours Drew from across the pond in the UK. Your newsletter has been one of my favourite things in a pretty dark year for all of us. I hope this continues to grow so that you feel vindicated and rewarded for all the great work that you do. All the best,
If one already has an active paid subscription, is there a way to take advantage of the holiday special for renewal to take effect on our scheduled renewal date? If not I'm still happy to pay the full price to renew when the time comes, but it never hurts to ask...
You can keep signing up and you will never be able to leave a comment here permanently. This is my newsletter, and it's my site, and you're not going smear your poop on the wall just because you're both dumb and rude. Goodbye again.
Wishing a very Merry Christmas holiday season and a MUCH happier new year to you and the family, Drew.
Happy holidays, sir, and all the best for you guys, always.

Is there a way to get audio of the newsletter?
You can post again in 24 hours. For now, you're clearly determined to start a fight, and this is not the place for that.
